Austen You would be mad not to use them!

Honestly, when I first looked at Fleet Sauce, I thought it was too good to be true. How else could they offer me the exact same car with the same spec as the main dealership, but at almost £200 per month less. The whole process was so simple, Jack was great and made sure everything was sorted efficiently. I was a little panicked at times as I felt that I was missing something, but in reality, they ticked all the boxes, told me when the car would be delivered, it even came a day early. I think I expected the process to be drawn out, but Fleet Sauce were great and did all they needed to do and I was in my new car within 14 days of receiving the initial quote.

I cannot recommend them enough. If you are on the fence about leasing, this company will make your life easy.

After being messed about by TESLA for over two months (the API between their app and the finance application was not working and I kept getting errors when submitting; no one was able to help, and after all that time I was told by a very apologetic member of staff that my EU drivers licence was also an issue so they would not have been able to help - why???)

I decided to change my attention from Tesla to SMART Hashtag 3; Saw the car at a Mercedes dealership but their financing deals where not great. Then found a deal on Leasing Options, submitted my application (complete with copies of driver licence and bank statements, although my credit score is 1250/1250 and I am on a six figure salary) and did not hear back for a week! Once I chased Leasing Options they told me the car I was looking for was no longer in stock.

I kept looking for Hashtag 3 though, and although I did not find Fleetsauce in comparison sites, I found the car I wanted on their website through regular google searches.

I am SO GLAD I DID. I was looked after by Artur Sousa, contacted them via phone and also Whatsapp (handy).

Artur found the car I was interested in, sent me the finance application and I had a confirmed order within less than 24 hours. He even managed to change the colour of the car before placing the order (last minute change from black to orange).

Extremely efficient, if I could give them more stars I would. I work in financial services for a well known wealth manager where customer service makes or breaks the best companies. The Fleetsauce service was impeccable. I am now looking forward to receiving my car and will come back to update this review with my experience from taking delivery.

Claire Fogg and the team at Fleetsauce have been excellent. i tested Claire with this car search along with being difficult in choosing and over a long preiod of time. Claire was patient and worked hard to find the best deal and car for me. Top marks. Thanks Claire and team
